We enjoyed being able to easily walk to the external sidewalk of the mall and explore the surrounding area. The hotel offered a wide range of services, including room service, dry cleaning, and a 24-hour reception. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we were especially grateful to Raul for allowing us a late check-out despite his initial hesitations. The spacious room was clean and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The pool was not usable during our stay due to poor maintenance. We also had to ask the reception for information about basic services like breakfast hours, pool availability, and Wi-Fi access. Additionally, we found the noise level in the breakfast area to be quite high, making it difficult to enjoy a cup of coffee and a quiet moment.
